Using Gartner's name in a Press release
Using Gartner's name, research and/or analysts quotes in your press release requires approval by the Gartner Vendor Relations Department at quote.requests@gartner.com. Deadline for press release approval is 31st October.

Exhibitor Press Packs/Press Release
To make your press release available to attending media on-site please send a copy to laurence.goasduff@gartner.com and bring copies of the press release to the press rooms in Cannes (Palais des Congres, Aud C and D). There will be tables and literature racks to display press releases and exhibitor press packs. In interest of space, please provide a maximum of ten copies and you can provide further copies during the event if necessary.

Message board
Exhibitors are welcome to use the message board for products and news announcements. The message board will reside in the press rooms (Palais des Congres, Aud C and Aud D).


Welcome email to the press
The press agenda will be e-mailed to registered press as part of our welcome letter one week before the event with the option to include information about ITxpo press meetings. If you have been confirmed a press slot and wish to include details about time, location and headline of your press meeting at Symposium/ITxpo, please send information to laurence.goasduff@gartner.com before 31st October.


Press invitation
Gartner will start inviting press to the event early August. We are targeting key business and IT media in UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Italy and Spain and expect more than 30 journalists to attend the event.

You are welcome to invite your press contacts to the conference, please make sure that they are officially registered. Press can register online here.

A copy of the media list will be posted with weekly updates starting w/c 17 October. You can also contact laurence.goasduff@gartner.com to get a copy of the media list. Due to the Data Protection Act, we are able to provide the names of the publications rather than the names of individual journalists attending. The law requires us to ask all journalists for their permission to inform exhibitors that they are attending Symposium/ITxpo. In the event that a journalist requests that this information is not shared, we must respect the journalist's wishes.
