SYMPOSIUM CONFERENCE CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Registrations may be cancelled in writing up to close of business on 7 October 2005, but will incur a handling charge of €250.
Paid registration fees (or Symposium Tickets) will not be refunded for cancellations received after 7 October 2005.
Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Sharing of attendee passes is not allowed; one pass per person is required.
