ONE-ON-ONES What is a One-on-One Appointment? One-on-One appointments are private half-hour (30 minutes) meetings with our expert IT analysts where you set the agenda and ask the questions. As a Symposium delegate you should take advantage of this opportunity to meet with a Gartner analyst and address your companies specific issues which falls within the analyst's area of expertise or ask questions related to the analyst's presentation. Who is entitled to One-on-One Appointments? Symposium delegates who are also Gartner clients are entitled to schedule one (1) One-on-One appointment per analyst, with a maximum of five (5) One-on-One appointments during the course of Symposium/ITxpo 2002. How to book One-on-One Appointments Pre Booking One-on-One Appointments (Monday 8 April 2002 Only) Symposium delegates who are also Gartner clients may pre-book appointments for Monday 8 April 2002 ONLY. Pre-registration for Monday will be available from 4 March 2002 to 22 March 2002. One-on-One Appointments on Site To make appointments for Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 April, please contact the One-on-One Registration Desk in the Fortezza de Basso when you arrive onsite. To secure priority status on your One-on-One appointment, you may submit your request before 22 March 2002, by filling out the One-on-One Request Form found as detailed above. Your One-on-One appointment will only be confirmed onsite at the One-on-One Registration Desk. All requests for One-on-Ones will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note:
