| ROI Manager for CRM - Sales Force Automation |
Sales Force Automation technology (SFA) is an integral part of the technological deployment of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. Deploying a SFA technological solution in isolation as part of a CRM strategy will not realize full CRM benefits until it is fully integrated with compatible Marketing Automation and Customer Service and Support solutions. However, as most deployments are tactical, even if part of an overall strategy, it makes business sense to look at each in isolation.
The SFA solution marketplace is probably the most mature in the CRM arena. There are considerable cost implications for an enterprise, but if planned and deployed correctly there are even more significant benefits to be reaped. This model deliberately stays away from cost reduction benefits and focuses on revenue enhancements - to approach a SFA or CRM strategy with the central aim of cost reduction is a flawed strategy.
