Instructions:
There are typically two types of downloads available to enhance your TCO Manager applications:
  • Benchmarks and miscellaneous information. These downloads are in PDF file format. If you don't already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is available for free at the   Adobe Web site.
  • Patch files, which are referred to as Service Releases. Due to system constraints, we must publish these files with a .bin extension even though they are really executables. Some browsers are smart enough to recognize the .exe extension, whereas other browsers display the .bin extension.
The downloads posted above are self-extracting files which will automatically launch an installation/upgrade application. Please follow these simple instructions in order to successfully download the files:
  • Click on the file you wish to download.
  • Your browser may ask whether you want to open or save the download file. Please choose the save option.
  • A Save As dialogue box will appear.
  • For Service Releases, make sure the file extension is .exe when saving the download to your hard drive. If the extension is .bin, you will need to change it to .exe under File Name in the Save As dialogue box.
  • Select a directory and click Save to copy the file to your hard drive.
  • Go to the directory in which you saved the download and double-click the file. The download will automatically launch and attach to your TCO application.
