Amy Teng is a Principal Research Analyst in Gartner Research, where she is part of the Semiconductor Applications and Devices research group. Prior to transferring to Gartner's Semiconductor team, Ms. Teng was Gartner's IT services, PC and workstation analyst for Taiwanese and Asia/Pacific markets for six years. Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Teng worked at Acer for seven years, where she led the service information department, responsible for serviceability and usability reviews for Acer's own and contract manufacturing PC OEMs. Previous to this, Ms. Teng worked for Sailing Strong as director of the product development department.
