Roles and Responsibilities
Bill Pray is a Research Director for the Gartner for Technical Professionals Collaboration and Content team. Mr. Pray joined Gartner in January 2010 as a result of the acquisition of Burton Group. He covers communications and collaboration solutions: email, calendars, instant messaging and Web conferencing. His research provides in-depth analysis and technical information to aid in the selection, implementation and management of these solutions.
