Ms. Bandopadhyay has more than 15 years of experience, starting with Tata Motors - India's largest automobile company - in technical services, for two years. Then for five years, she worked with GEC Glasgow and the Apeejay Group. Her keen interest in technology management-related research took her to several senior-level research and executive training positions, at IILM (Usha Group), at IBS, and at NMIMS. Since 2004, she also worked with GFS, a niche process consulting firm, as senior ITSM consultant on project basis, and handled long-term multilocation assignments with Siemens and ITS. She trained at Accenture and Wipro on ITIL, and worked on a year-long strategic ITSM project at IBM Healthcare solutions division at Bangalore.
