Roles and Responsibilities
Jay Pultz is a Vice President and Distinguished Analyst in Gartner Research. He is also Role Service Director in the Gartner for IT Leaders program - leading research for IT infrastructure and operations. Previously, he was Product Champion in the predecessor role-based membership programs. Mr. Pultz's Gartner career began in enterprise network strategies. He has authored more than 400 research articles in Gartner’s publications, made dozens of presentations to Gartner clients and is widely quoted in the press on computing and communications matters. His research focuses on communications and computing integration, network services, technology trends and management best practices.
Previous Experience
Before joining Gartner, Mr. Pultz was at American International Group, where he project-managed the design and implementation of a new, innovative worldwide network.
