IT Watch: February 2005
28 February 2005

Brian Smith   Paul A. Schwarz

U.S. enterprise spending on IT goods and services was over budget in 2004. Most of the over-budget money was spent on hardware. Cautious spending characterizes 2005. Although IT budgets have increased, spending has been flat compared to last quarter.
