Forecast Analysis: IT Outsourcing Services, Worldwide, 2008-2013, 3Q09 Update
20 October 2009

Allie Young

Gartner's updated 3Q09 forecast shows that global spending for IT outsourcing services will fall 1.5% in 2009 due to continued widespread economic pressures, a cautious buyer market and a slowdown in large ITO contracts. In 2010, we expect ITO growth of 5.6%.
