Emerging Market Analysis: China's Economic Stimulus Policies Will Drive $39 Billion in IT Spending Through 2013

China's aggressive stimulus policies will result in an investment of more than $3 trillion from central and local governments in multiple industries from 2009 through 2013, of which $38.9 billion will be spent on IT hardware, software, telecom equipment/services and other IT services.
