Federica Troni is a Research Director in Gartner, where she is part of the Mobile and Endpoint Computing group. Ms. Troni's research focuses on end-user computing, including strategic roadmap planning, total cost of ownership (TCO), architectural choices, PC procurement and end-user computing services. Within her role, Ms. Troni researches client computing technologies and markets. Ms. Troni assists organizations in developing end-user computing strategic plans that are aligned with business, user and IT requirements; she also helps organizations evaluating technology and architectural alternatives to perform cost-benefit analysis and build business cases. Ms. Troni supports Gartner clients assessing the value and risk involved with the adoption of new and emerging technologies and contributes to the development of the Gartner client computing TCO model.
