Roles and Responsibilities
Federica Troni is a principal analyst in Gartner, where she is part of the IT Systems, Security and Risk group. Ms. Troni's research focuses on client computing, including client computing architectural choices, road map planning, total cost of ownership (TCO) and PC procurement. Within her role, Ms. Troni researches client computing technologies and markets. Ms. Troni assists organizations in developing client computing strategic plans that are aligned with business, users and IT requirements; she helps organizations evaluating technology and architectural alternatives, perform cost/benefit analysis and building business cases. Ms. Troni supports Gartner clients assessing the value and risk involved with the adoption of new and emerging technologies and contributes to the development of Gartner client computing Total Cost of Ownership model.
