Prior to his current research role, Mr. De Silva Leon was part of Gartner Consulting, developing marketing and branding benchmarking studies for technology providers. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. De Silva was a research assistant at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) in Palo Alto, California, where he worked on research projects related to government regulations and their impact on the electric utility industry.
