In this role, Mr. Hagerty researches and advises IT practitioners on organizational development, leadership and management practices, governance principles, and personal/collaboration skills to be as effective as possible in today's expanding digital businesses. Over the years, he has guided numerous IT and business clients in best practices to deploy, organize, and manage these technologies and applications in support of critical business initiatives; more often than not, these clients needed to address interpersonal skills and overcome organization barriers first in order to achieve breakthrough results.
