As part of Gartner's IT Infrastructure and Operations - IT Service Management team, Tapati Bandopadhyay covers ITSM best practices and next practices. As a primary resource for all ITIL processes, she specifically focuses on change management, problem management and service level management processes. She also covers ITScore - Gartner's maturity model - for I&O. She has been working extensively with IT leaders and teams across several large global organizations in industry sectors including BFSI, manufacturing, services and governments, on their various ITSM initiatives. These include ITSM strategies and transformation roadmap, ITSM process policies, and ITSM process design and metrics.
