Mr. McCoy once led Gartner's research on document imaging, workflow and related electronic workplace topics. Prior to joining Gartner in 1995, Mr. McCoy worked at a "Big Six" consulting organization, where he focused on strategic information systems planning, document imaging systems, open-system networking and future technology analysis that included researching and speaking on the emerging Internet's role in enterprises.
