Responsibilities:
- The ongoing research of the IT market to best align events with target audiences.
- Working in conjunction with Research, Event Marketing, Event Logistics, Event Sales, Finance,
- Operations and Field Sales to create a well rounded event that features the breadth and depth of Gartner and outside research while optimizing the client experience - both users and sponsors.
- Staying current on the most recent industry trends and molding those ideas into event content.
- Getting new ideas adopted; entering new markets; retiring events when appropriate.
- Creating and reviewing business plans based on market needs.

Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years business experience.
- 5 years project management experience.
- Sales, marketing, technology, conference management and Gartner experience a plus.
