The Senior Consultant's primary responsibility of this position is to participate in the delivery team on Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) engagements specializing in RFP/contract development and negotiations. This person should have knowledge of outsourcing service level agreements, pricing, and deal terms. It is anticipated that this position will include both client support and intellectual capital development. Sourcing/Transaction Brokering engagements can include sourcing strategy development, vendor selection, assisting the client in developing and negotiating large outsourcing deals, reviewing existing outsourcing contracts, relationships and/or assisting the client in improving overall contract management. This person will also assist as part of a pursuit team in the marketing and selling of strategic sourcing engagements and will help build Sourcing Practice methodology, solutions and resource capabilities under the guidance of practice offering leads.
