Consulting Bookings Specialist |

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely booking and invoicing of Consulting orders
- Interact and build excellent relationships with Consulting and the Sales force
- Interact and build excellent relationships with other Gartner departments including Cash Applications, Accounting, Variable Compensation, Tax, etc.
- Comply with internal control guidelines as outlined by Sarbanes-Oxley team.
- Invoice clients timely and accurately maintaining 95%+ accuracy
- Manage incoming GEMS mailboxes

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to negotiate/handle/resolve conflict ? internal and external clients
- Credibility and highest degree of integrity
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Flexibility
- Initiative & creativity
