Reporting to the Vice President EXP, Asia Pacific you will be responsible for ensuring that your assigned territory of Premier EXP members receive maximum value from their membership through building strong client relationships and developing an intimate understanding of clients businesses, industries, operational trends and issues. Further is the requirement to provide insight and support as appropriate and professionally facilitate the services offered as part of the program.
You will be an experienced relationship builder, preferably with hands on IT Management experience and able to work across a diverse client base, and to gain the support the various Gartner research areas to support this client base. Key success measurements include the growth, retention and management of Premier EXP members.
You will support the account planning process by assisting the sales force and regional VP by jointly developing innovative and effective strategies to help grow the business.
Strategically minded and commercially focussed, we seek a confident, pro active person who can analyse problems and opportunities, influence outcomes and work creatively in a high pressure environment. Excellent relationship management and demonstrated writing, presentation and account management skills are essential.
