Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the partner on human resource topics to managers and associates in Gartner.
  • Execute workforce planning activities, organizational design, alignment of people strategy to business strategy.
  • Represents and enables the successful implementation of Gartner HR strategy, products and services to internal clients.
  • Educates clients about HR priorities and standards.
  • Serves as the first and primary representative of HR products and services to associates and managers.
  • Apply broad and deep knowledge of those products and services to address business requirements
  • Manage HR processes and infrastructure on behalf of internal clients.
  • Represent internal clients' tactical and strategic needs to HR leadership and colleagues.
  • Educate HR about current and emerging business and regional requirements to shape HR strategy and the design and implementation of HR products and services.
  • Support clients to successfully execute workforce-related activities effectively and on time.
  • Help clients to drive company wide people initiatives, such as diversity, recruitment and retention.
  • Address and champion the needs of Gartner associates.
  • Support individuals and groups around performance, career development and employee relations issues.
  • Proactively helps Gartner manage legal risk in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Ensures clients' compliance with Gartner HR policies and governmental regulations.
  • Supervise HR staff to include selection, training and development, and performance management compensation.
  • Responsible for planning, assigning and directing subordinates work.
  • Ensure continuous improvements of relevant global HR processes.
Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years HR experience - preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Proven ability in administering compensation and benefits programs, change management and rolling out corporate HR initiatives.
