Summary:
The Gartner Federal Consulting Practice seeks an experienced professional to support multiple consultants with a variety of tasks and office management activities.
Job activities include:
- Extensive Reporting on critical leads, consultant availability, trends, headcount
- Assist with ad hoc office issues that may arise with respect to: laptops, desktops, projectors, printers, network, FAX machines, telephones, building (lights, temperature, miscellaneous repairs, etc.)
- Order equipment and supplies as needed.
- Maintain log of all submitted time and expense reports
- Assist with the resolution of discrepancies between Federal and Accounting records.
- Assist with deliverable/proposal assembly (binding, printing, copying, mailing, Faxing)
- Schedule activities for group meetings: conference rooms, projectors, dial-in setup, catering, invitations, reminders, and distribution of meeting materials.
- Coordinate new hire on-boarding with Human Resources.

Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of business experience preferably in a Consulting support role.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven experience in Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, project management and organizational skills.
