Responsibilities:
- Work with manager to plan pipeline
- Build strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Support manager in developing and using systems for ongoing reporting and tracking
- Data management
- Meet/exceed sales quotas
- Adhere to business processes
- Contribute to building and maintaining a database with strong pipeline of new event prospects
- Effective collaboration with department associates, multiple marketing managers and event teams

Qualifications:
- 3-5 + years proven tele-sales experience (events industry experience well regarded)
- Excellent phone-based selling skills
- Experience in prospecting and developing new business pipelines
- Telesales channel knowledge and best practices
- Event industry knowledge advantageous
- Initiative: self starter in working in a start-up team environment
- Strong computer knowledge/skills: Excel, Word, database entry experience
- Team player
