Reporting to the Consulting Sales Director, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for establishing executive key relationships at a senior level with the aim of selling large scale and repeat Gartner Consulting engagements to your target market. You must possess a thorough understanding of our consulting offerings and have the ability to sell consulting services/solutions and the ability to build long term business relationships and sell strategy solutions to CEO level clients/prospects.
A key feature of this role is the responsibility to grow and establish the business by identifying and pursuing sales leads generated by a variety of channels and supporting the sales organisation in their efforts. High-level reporting, account and strategic planning, forecasting and project management is expected as standard in a position of this responsibility.
Your ability to develop quality executive relationships with business leaders of premier organisations will be challenged and rewarded as will your ability to work closely with the Gartner Account Executives and then identifying, packaging, proposing, closing and managing Gartner consulting engagements.
Strategically minded and commercially focussed, we seek confident, extremely well-organised professional who can analyse problems, influence outcomes and work effectively in a high pressure environment. Excellent presentation, proposal writing and all round communication skills are essential. You will also require effective resource management, team selling skills and the ability to work in a complex matrix environment.
