Summary:
The Lead Project Manager is responsible for translating the Executive Programs business strategy into specific supportable initiative recommendations and project plans and then managing those projects to completion. |

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver unique business cases to implement global change initiatives including actionable project plans, resource requirements and additional internal and external resource/cost estimates.
- Develop a long term, multi-year view of the initiatives required for EP's business transformation from a multi-product "start up" organization to a cross-functional, efficient, scalable, integrated organization and beyond.
- Become recognized subject matter expert within EP in areas such as Business Analytics, Knowledge Management, etc.
- Assist in the creation of best practice PMO processes for EP focused on project lifecycle from initiation and management through roll-out and measurement.
- Act as lead project manager on complex initiatives, managing them to completion on time, on budget and delivering to value expectations.
- Manage direct reports and matrixed teams of internal and external resources.
- Build credibility as a key influencer and advisor to EP Leadership on areas of business process and change transformation opportunities.

Qualifications:
- 8-12 years progressive (scope & size) project management experience including management responsibilities
- 3-5 years working within a relationship-based or sales organization
- Experience championing and managing projects within global organizations of 100+ million dollars
- Excellent consultation and mentoring skills
- Ability to translate business strategy into people, process and technology requirements and communicate those requirements to internal and external constituencies.
- Ability to work in and lead diverse teams
- PMP Certification
