Sr. Director, Consulting Finance |

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a staff of three business analysts to provide business and financial support for the Gartner Consulting organization.
- Responsible for WW coordination and consolidation of all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, modeling and reporting.
- Be the principle point of contact on all finance items for all WW Consulting senior executives.
- Provide timely, high impact and actionable analysis of Consulting events and trends to the GVP Consulting Operations, Gartner, GVP Direct reports, and the Business Planning and Financial Analysis management chain.
- Provide strategic insight and guidance on current and future state of the business
- Partner with strategic business unit leaders to understand operational plans and impacts on top-line growth
- Prepare financial scenario modeling for potential pricing and product actions
- Provide strategic business partnering to GVP Operations and regional leadership in support of current and future Consulting product/business strategy
- Manage the annual Consulting strategic planning process and Budget Development Contacts: Senior
- Management; All finance dept. personnel; International Consulting Ops and Finance International
- Consulting management; STG; Accounting; Other Gartner persons requesting support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of post college experience.
- Experience working with business unit leaders and sr. managers.
- Experience with financial modeling (commissions).
- Experience with Hyperion.
- Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables).
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Experience in a professional services/consulting environment
