Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize Gartner methodologies for quantitative research
- Create and develop best practices, training and communication for quantitative research methodologies
- Create a support and guidance function for global research teams in quantitative methodology compliance
- Work collaboratively with research teams to develop new models and methodologies
- Design and implement a maintenance / update process for all methodologies that reflects the content demand for new products
- Represent the quantitiave research to support new product roll-outs and marketing efforts
- Manage and perform broad and complex responsibilities, often with conflicting time demands
- Provide thought leadership in specific subject matter
- Participate in Research meetings or other activities that comprise the research process, as well as through interviews, surveys, and reviews of statistical analysis.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as an analyst at a director or above level - DataQuest experience preferred
- Significant applicable experience to be knowledgeable about a particular market or industry and to be accepted as an expert or "guru".
- Deep knowledge of Gartner research methodology and practices
- Excellent quantitative research methodology and industry standards knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to piece together fragments of information, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns and drawing and defending conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Collaborative business style
- Experienced and skilled in business negotiation and change management techniques
