Sr. Accountant - Variable Compensation |

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing worldwide processes and technical systems support for multiple complex compensation plans
- Provide related accounting, detailed analyses and workpaper preparation related to the various compensation plans.
- Provide support of the worldwide sales compensation plans (hypothetical questions, training, ).
- Process and review monthly commission payments. Calculate manually when needed.
- Research, analyze and process adjustment requests.
- Resolve and respond to problems or inquiries made regarding calculations, preparation, payments and adjustments.
- Assist during audits when necessary
- Review work of other team members - including adjustment logs, comp plan modeling, STG coding.
- Understand distributor comp plans and provide backup support to primary distributor accountant
- Prepare distributor commission payment calculations when needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Accounting or Finance,
- 3-5 years business experience,
- Strong analytical skills, strong initiative, excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
