The Program Researcher is part of the EXP Global Membership Services Team and will be responsible for supporting primarily Relationship Managers and EXP Premier clients. The Program Researcher should develop an awareness of key technology issues and have an understanding of key research topics and all EXP research reports.
Responsibilities:
Fulfill incoming inquiries from Premier members within the agreed time frames
Conduct searches on Gartner.com, presentation archives, Factiva or other appropriate channels
Forward research to Relationship Managers or clients, as appropriate
Set up calls between research analysts and EXP Premier clients as requested
Regularly search/research media/web to gather information on clients or prospects
Provide feedback to Relationship manager about supporting clients
Complete pre-population of client database (EXPert) for new Premier clients
Support other client administration activities as requested by Relationship Managers
Maintain monthly spreadsheet with summary of Program Researcher activities
Provide back up for other members of the EXP Membership Services team when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT or Business administration
2-3 years' relevant work experience or a recent Masters graduate
Competent user of technology, Microsoft office
General understanding of the IT industry (CIO issues, emerging trends, strategy)
Technical/Functional Competencies:
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects/inquiries
Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and present findings/opinions
Collaboration/teamwork skills
Flexibility to support other projects, as requested
