Other Requirements The candidate should score 85% or above in the appended Gartner exam.
Personal Description Gartner Group is looking for a well-rounded individual with experience outside of the computer industry. Preferably someone who did not take a computing degree or course, but probably another science subject, and then 'found' themselves in computing.
A successful candidate will also understand the standard workings of a business. What to do if running late; in the case of sickness; or unexpected incident. (Generically, rather than GartnerGroup terms.) They should be presentable, and be able to converse in a relaxed but informed manner.
The ability to create procedures in also of importance to this role.
