Sr. Director, Strategic Operations |

Responsibilities:
Product Management includes business management and revenue responsibility for our key product families such as Research and Dataquest. Because these two businesses combined represent a significant part of our business, our success depends on a focused management discipline.
The strategic operations role will drive some key activities including: analyzing trends for all of our product lines, identifying key market opportunities, driving our renewal strategy, and supporting the interfaces between the product management team and the CSO and the PMO functions. Strategic Operations Focus:
- Develop a renewal tracking program for each region and product
- Manage the portfolio rationalization project that includes overall portfolio lifecycle management
- Work with the product business leaders to develop and maintain a product management dashboard
- Support projects that engage other business units such as consulting, executives programs or events
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to drive market growth
- Analyze user data, service delivery metrics, P&L views
- Support key new projects and initiatives

Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience working with technology and service providers
- Deep sense of customer needs and an in-depth knowledge of competitive offerings and directions.
- Extensive experience working with sales
- Rich experience in business planning and execution, including predicting and tracking ROI.
- Experience working with senior level IT executives.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Strong analytical skills required.
