We have a challenging opportunity for a Sales Support Representative to significantly contribute to the success of the Asia Pacific sales and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will provide key administrative support to the Sales Support and Billing team. You will be responsible for booking and invoicing client products and services, maintaining and updating the client database and liaising closely with the Sales force to ensure corporate booking policies are adhered to. You will also be required to perform general administrative duties. Your excellent problem solving skills will assist you in troubleshooting booking and delivery issues and ensuring the process runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a high level of initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment. You will have the confidence to deal with a range of personalities and the capacity to work well under pressure. A strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products, time management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ideally, you would have worked in a finance and/or sales administration role previously.
