Account Partners are responsible for increasing Gartner's market penetration by renewing and increasing account value with existing clients, and creating opportunities to win new business.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Account Partners work closely on a day to day basis with an Account Executive (AE). Together they develop effective market strategies and work as a team to cover all facets of the sales/business development and client relationship management process for their assigned accounts. The key success measurements are client revenue retention, revenue growth/maximisation and client loyalty.
To be successful Account Partners must develop close business relationships with clients and have a thorough understanding of emerging issues and trends and opportunities to increase sales of Gartner products and services.
Included in this role will be the responsibility to take ownership of and co-ordinate to conclusion client requirements. Proactive account management including canvassing client satisfaction with Gartner services is part of the client relationship maintenance and development process.
