Responsibilities:

  • Lead, and manage a team of market-driven professionals to design marketing programs and execute strategic and tactical initiatives for the business unit.
  • Lead marketing programs for launches of new products and alliances, strategic initiatives, and product re-positioning.
  • Lead tracking programs to establish and measure success metrics for continuous assessment of marketing effectiveness.
  • Perform oversight of marketing research and product management, to coordinate strategy development and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the business unit partners to create actionable marketing plans.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs that drive business unit client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:

  • BA required, Master preferred.
  • 10+ previous years work experience in a market organization for large enterprises, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Experience working for a leading business to research and advisory, information services, media or consulting firm.
  • Extensive experience managing global marketing programs and teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with a business unit and devise marketing strategies, write marketing plans and then execute on those plans on time and within budget.
  • Direct marketing background with proven results in generating demand and converting leads into revenue.
  • Excellent management skills to lead a team of marketing managers and guide agencies to successful executions of creative and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with business unit leaders and marketing managers as well as with senior leadership team.
