Summary:

We currently have a great opportunity for a dedicated administrative coordinator who places high value in working in a professional environment with the drive to take ownership of this variety filled and challenging role supporting the Asia Pacific consulting team.

Responsibilities:

    Duties include working closely with the Group Vice President Consulting, Asia Pacific to maintain, update and streamline a range of consulting administrative tools and processes. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and conferences, supporting decision processes, handling communications and correspondence, coordinating executive travel arrangements and conducting and monitoring regular reporting. You will also need to collaborate with internal finance and legal teams to ensure all internal professional services support processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

    Further, you will work closely with the other consulting coordinator in the region, and with the Consulting Operations Analyst for Asia Pacific to ensure the operations function is successful and supports the business requirements of Consulting in the region.

Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role you will have had 3-5 years experience working as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior managers within in a services environment, possess superior communication skills (grammar and proof-reading) with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Your confidence and influence skills will assist you in prioritising and managing your time in this busy role.

    Previous experience in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives and the ability to develop and maintain good rapport with a culturally diverse team is required.
