• Client Relationship Organization (CRO): Associates in CRO deliver an exceptional experience to our clients around the globe.
• Consulting: The focus of Japan Consulting is to develop deeper, more sustained relationships with clients that directly improve our financial performance, expand the expertise of our consultants and provide significant cross-sell opportunities for other Gartner services.
• Events: Our Events business has expanded in recent years from Australia and Japan into other countries across the region including India, China and Singapore. The team has events scheduled for 2007 in Tokyo and other APAC locations.
• Executive Programs: Globally, 3,700 CIOs and their senior IT executives get customized advice and participate in peer exchange opportunities through membership in our various executive programs, including Gartner EXP, the world’s largest CIO community. Our team in Asia/ Pacific works with CIOs across the region, providing personal access to Gartner offerings and acting as strategic advisors to many large enterprises.
• Finance: Finance associates support multiple Gartner business units and our rapidly expanding international operations.
• Human Resources: Our Human Resources team ensures that Gartner identifies, recruits, hires and retains exceptional employees.
• Law & Compliance: Associates provide high-quality legal counsel and services to clients around the globe.
• Research: With many Analysts in the region, Gartner Research focuses on all aspects of information technology and its business impact on vertical industries across the Asia/Pacific and Japan markets.
• Sales: Gartner Sales is experiencing year-over-year growth, particularly as we penetrate the emerging economies of North Asia and India.
