CIO Academy is open exclusively to CIOs and the most senior level IT executives.
- Class size is limited. The groups are kept small to ensure exclusivity and the best possible interaction and networking, as well as to maximize interaction with Gartner faculty. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
- Registrations may be cancelled in writing without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a $1,000.00/£510 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference but must be a CIO-level participant. Sharing of attendance passes is not permitted (one pass per person). Non attendance without notification will incur full conference fee.
