Team Registration Discount

Register and pay for 3 people from the same organization at the same time and the 4th person may attend for FREE.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail or fax until May 07 with an 80% reimbursement. Cancellations received on or after May 08 will be responsible for full payment of the conference fee.
