Terms & Conditions

• Qualifying paid registrations for Summits are cash registrations or ticket registrations (excluding Gartner complimentary tickets).
• Executive Programs member registrations for Symposia are also qualifying "paid" registrations.
• Any combination of paid registrations may be used to qualify for complimentary registrations.
• Teams that exceed the largest threshold will qualify for additional complimentary registrations according to the small team size increments.
• For internal purposes, teams must come from the same Org code.
• This program is effective for registrations received after May 9, 2009 and is NOT retroactive.
• Team send is not retroactive; therefore, groups already signed on without originally coming in as a team can not be changed.
• To qualify for Team Send deliverables, teams must be registered greater than 3 weeks from the start of the event.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Registrations may be refunded or a ticket re-activated, if the cancellation is made in writing up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received within 15 business days of an event or nonattendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated. Registrations with a balance due canceled within 15 days of the event will receive a cancellation penalty invoice for the full registration amount due. Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. "No Shows" will be considered a cancellation within the 15 day policy where full penalty will be enforced. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted. This conference is organized by Gartner which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Gartner's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned.
