Cancellations and Substitutions

Reservations may be cancelled in writing without penalty up to 10 business days before the start of the conference (by 5:00 PM EST, September 5, 2007). Cancellations made after that date would be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Nonattendance will incur the full conference fee.
