All prices are per room and include breakfast.

Double room for single occupancy:          €210 + 7% tax
Double room for double occupancy          €245 + 7% tax

Cancellations Policy

If you wish to cancel your accommodation, this needs to be provided to theRey Juan Carlos Hotel in writing.  Cancellation charges apply as follows:

30 days prior to the event                        no fee

7-30 days prior to the event                     one night fee

3-6 days prior to the event                       two nights fee

2 days or less prior to the event               full cost of accommodation booked
