Legal Frameworks Guidance: Translating Between Legal and Business Language
Robin Wilton, Corporate Architect for Federated Identity, Sun Microsystems

This workshop provides the groundwork for how legal departments can work with product and technical groups to make sure they have in place what they need to for identity deployments. Excellent session for creating "common ground" and "common language" between these various divisions within organizations that are often separated by vernacular, trying to achieve common goals while being true to their individual responsibilities. This is a big gap within many organizations, often stalling or unnecessarily killing deployments, and this workshop aims to bridge this gap, with a tangible take-away document that can be utilized.

Privacy Roundtable
Robin Wilton, Corporate Architect for Federated Identity, Sun Microsystems

In this eleventh roundtable, Mr. Robin Wilton builds upon past roundtable discussions as well as past attendees' participation, in moderating privacy stakeholders from many different disciplines (IT, policy, regulation, legal, academic) in a free-form, peer-to-peer discussion of strategic issues and possible solutions to identity deployments.
