Ron Insana was until recently, the founder and Managing Director of Insana Capital Partners and a former contributor to CNBC, the world's leading business and financial news network, brings more than two decades of financial market experience as a journalist covering global economics, financial markets and political policy. He is now employed directly in the hedge fund industry. Mr. Insana joined CNBC in 1991 as a regular contributor to various television and radio programs produced by CNBC and its affiliates. Prior to CNBC, Mr. Insana worked as Managing Editor and Senior Anchor for the Financial News Network. Mr. Insana has written three books about Wall Street. He graduated with honors from California State University at Northridge.

Rich co-founded Garage Technology Ventures in 1997, Upside Magazine in 1988, and the 5,500-member Churchill Club in 1985. He also is the author of the book, Life 2.0 How People Across America Are Transforming Their Lives by Finding the Where of Their Happiness.

Heather Meeker is the chair of the IP/IT licensing and transactions group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and specializes in drafting and negotiating intellectual property transactions for software and other technology clients. She serves as the chair of the Open Source committee of the ABA's Science and Technology Law Section, is an Adviser to the Principles of the Law of Software Contracts project of the American Law Institute, and in 2005 was selected by the Daily Journal as one of the top 30 intellectual property lawyers in California. Her book The Open Source Alternative: Understanding Risks and Leveraging Opportunities was published by Wiley & Sons in February, 2008.
