Team Registration Discount
If you register and pay for 4 Executives from the same organization at the same time, the 5th Executive may attend for FREE.Cancellations and Substitutions
There is no penalty applied to cancellations received in writing prior to August 14th, 2009. Cancellations received between August 15th and September 4th will be subject to a $100 USD administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 5th will be billed for the complete conference fee.Payment Methods Available
