U.S. $230.00 for single or double occupancy. Please call the hotel directly to make your hotel reservations. A $10 Resort Fee also applies. A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Gaylord National. As these can only be held until May 26, 2009 we recommend that you contact the hotel as soon as possible. To obtain the group rate of $230.00 for a single or double occupancy room, please indicate that you are attending the seminar when making your reservation.

Travel Information

Gaylord National now offers express shuttle service to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport.

Guests can take advantage of a new exclusive, express shuttle service operating continuously between the resort and Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). Whether traveling individually or as part of a group, all guests will be able to take advantage of the service. The Gaylord National team will work closely with meeting professionals and event planners to anticipate large group arrivals and departures. This will ensure additional vehicles are available to handle large-capacity groups, and maintain minimal wait times.

The shuttle will operate daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., departing every 20 minutes from the resort's main entrance, and every 20 minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage-claim level.

Ticket prices:

• $18 one way
• $32 per person, round trip
• $78 for exclusive van service, booked in advance

Advance reservations are recommended, but not required. Tickets are available for purchase at the Ground Transportation Desk (SuperShuttle), located on the airport lower level near baggage claim, or in the Gaylord National main lobby. Guests can also call 800-660-8000 to make reservations. Travel time each way is estimated to be between 15-30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
