Steve Simpson is an international speaker, consultant and author. Described by UK based e-Customer Service World as 'Australia's leading corporate culture authority', Steve has created the concept of UGRs which is receiving global acclaim as a tool to understand and improve culture.
Steve has spoken at two World Conferences on Customer Service Management, in the US – where he rated in the Top 10 speakers. He has spoken at the European Conference on Customer Service Management in London, the International Leadership Symposium in Johannesburg, and the HDI Conference in Las Vegas. Recently, he featured at the regional conference for the Academy of Chief Executives in London.
Steve has been accredited as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest speaker distinction recognised by the International Federation for Professional Speakers. He is the author of two books and a contributing author to two other books, including the recently published 'The Power of Culture'.

Over the years that Peter has worked for Patrick Corporation (a company incorporating diverse components of air, rail, sea and road transport) he has gained both an overview and an in-depth insight into the company, its people and approach to business.
Most important of his current responsibilities is managing the BI effort, where he is addressing the challenges of growing the investment in BI and advocating the benefits as the corporation evolves. He also manages the Enterprise Asset Management group and has held a variety of roles representing business IT needs, IT strategy initiatives, company start-ups and systems development at Patrick.
Prior to joining Patricks, Peter has spent most of his time in the business systems and software development field, holding a variety of IT management roles at blue chip companies. He has a Bachelor of Science from Sydney University and a Master of Commerce from the University of NSW.

Michael Coles is Chief Information Officer for Capricorn Society Ltd, a provider of financial services to the automotive industry in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. With revenue exceeding $670M in 2006/07, Capricorn relies on its IT systems and the application of technology to operate successfully in a competitive market. Michael manages an in-house IT department and external outsourced service providers, reports to the CEO and is a member of the executive management group contributing to strategy development and execution. Michael has managed the selection and implementation of CRM and Business Intelligence systems that are aligned to the business needs of Capricorn and have been fundamental to an improved level of service to the customer and business performance.
Prior to joining Capricorn in 2006, Michael was Managing Director of DBR Group Pty Ltd and responsible for the operation of a diverse IT services company. He managed a team of professionals heading the four divisions within DBR: Outsourcing Services, Consulting, Software Development and Support, Sales and Marketing. Michael reported to the Board and was responsible for the strategic direction, corporate finances and technology directions of the company.
