General Hotel Information
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Novotel Amsterdam City Hotel and Golden Tulip Apollo Hotel, located 10 minutes walking distance from the RAI. There is limited availability, therefore, we recommend that you make your booking as soon as possible. Please refer to the hotel booking service for pricing details. To make your hotel room reservations, click here to use the hotel booking service online or use the Hotel Reservation Form and Hotel List, which should be faxed directly to the RAI Hotel & Travel Service. Please identify yourself as a Gartner Business Intelligence Summit attendee in order to receive the special conference rate. All rates exclude 5% City tax and breakfast.
Please note that only attendees booking via the RAI Hotel & Travel Service will be eligible for these special conference rates.
Cancellations
Cancellations of individual reservations will be charged an administration fee of €15. For cancellations received within 48 hours prior to the arrival date or no-shows, the hotel is entitled to charge the first night's room rate.
Group Reservations
If you would like to make a group booking for 10 rooms or more, please contact the RAI Hotel & Travel Service for more information at hotelservice@rail.nl.
Novotel Amsterdam City Hotel
The Hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the southern part of Amsterdam, right near the RAI Congress Centre. The RAI station is within 5 minutes walk of the hotel, from here public transport takes you to the city centre, Schiphol Airport and Amstel Business Park within 15 minutes. The hotel provides 24hr secure parking for up to 200 cars, and also offers the charming Cote Jardin restaurant, English Pub, Coffee Corner, several boutiques and WiFi Internet throughout the hotel.
A hotel shuttle service to and from Schiphol Airport is available. The shuttle stops at the hotel. Please visit the Schiphol hotel shuttle counter in arrival hall 2 at Schiphol Airport for general information and tickets. The hotel reception staff will assist you in booking your return trip. Total travel time: approximately 30 minutes.

Transportation
Directions to the RAI Convention Centre
Upon arrival at the RAI, please make your way towards the "Congrescentrum", which is located towards the middle of the complex.
By air
You can reach Amsterdam RAI from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol by car or public transport in less than 15 minutes.
By Tram & Bus
If you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station (CS), you can take the Amstelveen express tram 51 (travelling time: 12 minutes, exit at the Amsterdam RAI station) or tram 4 (travelling time: 30 minutes, exit at the RAI Europaplein).
If you are travelling by train to the Amstel station, you can take the Amstelveen express tram 51 (travelling time: 5 minutes) or the bus (route 15, 69 or 169), which will bring you to the RAI within 10 minutes. In this case you should get off at RAI Europaplein.
From Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, the best way to reach the RAI is with express tram 50.
By Train
NS-station Amsterdam RAI is 300 meters from the RAI and has regular connections to all parts of the Netherlands, such as Schiphol, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and is also linked to the international train network. Check the NS website for your itinerary.
By Car
The RAI is ideally suited for visitors who come by car. It is situated alongside Amsterdam’s A10 orbital motorway (exit S109) and has its own underground car parks. This means that the RAI is easily accessible for visitors coming from the Netherlands or abroad. All the main motorways can be reached without difficulty from the orbital motorway.
Numerous signboards indicate to the RAI. During large exhibitions orange signs displaying 'P RAI' will direct you to additional parking places. From there a free shuttle bus will bring you to the RAI.
