On 18-19 March 2008 at the Gartner Customer Relationship Management Summit in London, Gartner will announce the winner of its 2008 European CRM Excellence Award.
WHAT?
The Gartner CRM Excellence Awards are all about highlighting world-class CRM initiatives and broadly sharing their successes, challenges and insights.
Applicants need to work within a case-study framework to describe their CRM initiative and highlight why it demonstrates CRM Excellence. Award finalists must be prepared to present a short encapsulation of their entry as part of a panel during the CRM Summit in March.
There are no limitations on the types of CRM implementations that may be profiled in your application. Whether your example is business to business, or business to consumer, government, direct or through partners - we want to hear your story. So apply today!
HOW?
Applicants need to download and complete the Word-based questionnaire and then email it to EMEA CRM Excellence Awards. A review team from the Gartner analyst community will evaluate and rate each entry based on how clearly the entrant demonstrates excellence in their CRM initiative. The criteria used in evaluating CRM Excellence Award entries includes eight components as outlined in the Gartner research note titled The Eight Building Blocks of CRM.
A panel of finalists is selected and subsequently required to present their CRM story to the conference participants at the CRM Summit 2008 in London. There, Gartner will allow conference participants to provide their feedback as to which of the finalists demonstrated the best example of CRM excellence. From this feedback a winner will be selected. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, 18 March 2008 during the conference.
WHEN?
All completed entries must be received by email no later than Friday, 8 February 2008. No other forms of entry submission (such as courier packages to Gartner analysts) will be accepted. Entrants must have the majority of their CRM initiative running within EMEA. Finalist selection and selection of the winner remains at the discretion of Gartner and all decisions are final. WHERE?
If you are selected as a finalist, you must be able to confirm your participation as a panelist and your agreement to present your entry during the March Gartner Customer Relationship Management Summit 2008 by Friday, 22nd February 2008. CRM service providers and technology vendors may not present on behalf of a finalist.
