General Hotel Information
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at The Royal Lancaster. As these rooms can only be held until 24th September 2007, we recommend that you contact the hotel as soon as possible. To make your hotel room reservations, please call the Royal Lancaster in London directly on +44 (0) 20 7262 6737, or use the Hotel Reservation Form, which should be faxed directly to the hotel. Please identify yourself as a Gartner Data Center Summit attendee in order to receive the special conference rate of £165 + VAT single occupancy and £185 + VAT double occupancy, please quote 'GARTNER'. Please note that this rate includes breakfast.
Cancellations
Rooms may be canceled 24 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty. If a reservation is not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full duration of your booking.

Transportation
Heathrow/Gatwick Airport
Heathrow Airport is situated 15 miles and takes 45 minutes by road to the Royal Lancaster. The Heathrow Express is a 20-minute train ride to Paddington Station (a 5-minute walk from the Royal Lancaster Hotel).
Gatwick Airport is situated 30 miles from the Royal Lancaster and takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by road.
Motorways
M4 and M40 are within a 5-Mile radius to the Royal Lancaster.

Underground
Lancaster Gate Station (underneath the Royal Lancaster Hotel)
Paddington station (on the Circle, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City lines and National Rail) is approximately a 5-10 minute walk from Lancaster Gate. Alternatively, Queensway station is a 10-15 minute walk for connection with the Central line. Valid London Underground tickets will be accepted on some local bus routes between Lancaster Gate and Queensway.
